About Me

I started my health and fitness career according to science; a degree in kinesiology and certifications in NASM and CSCS. As a personal trainer at a big box gym I helped several hundred clients achieve short term results.. But having clients falling into old patterns shortly after, led to deeper research into nutrition and programs from renown coaches.

Programs on the fringe weren't off limits in my pursuit for the best program and complete solution in health and fitness.  I learned and experimented with the CrossFit method before getting certified and opening a CrossFit gym.  The information hunt for the best in the industry continued (body building, exercise technique, power lifting, weightlifting, rehab, endurance, sport specific training, "new" diets..)

Through my experience of coaching thousands of clients while owning and operating a gym for a decade and developing myself as a human... I discovered a critical link between health & fitness and life long changes.  

Helping clients understand basic psychology, human behavior and emotional intelligence to manage their mindset, habits, and perspective for long-term success.
